§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Logi Stock Trading GmbH (hereinafter "Seller") and its B2B customers (hereinafter "Customer"). The version of these GTC valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.

§ 2 Contractual Partners

§ 3 Offer and Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

(2) The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) The prices quoted are net prices excluding statutory VAT.

(2) Payment shall be made according to the payment terms specified in the order process. A discount is only permissible with a separate written agreement.

§ 5 Delivery and Shipping

(1) Delivery is subject to the shipping costs specified during the order process. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery time is 5 working days from confirmation of the contract.

(2) Shipment is at the customer's risk. The risk passes to the customer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the person carrying out the transport.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§ 7 Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Liability for damages due to slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are breached or damages result from injury to life, body, or health.

§ 9 Jurisdiction and applicable law

(1) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be, to the extent permitted by law, the seller's place of business.

(2) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

At LogiStock.de, we place great importance on transparency and clear terms and conditions for your orders. Please take note of the following information:

Shipping partners: We cooperate with renowned freight forwarders such as DB Schenker, Koch International, Rhenus Logistics, and others. Shipping within Germany and to Austria costs a flat rate of €85 net per pallet. For deliveries to other countries, freight costs are calculated individually.

Pallet dimensions: We typically use Euro pallets (120x80 cm) or industrial pallets (100x120 cm). For bulky goods with special dimensions and packaging, a separate freight charge will be calculated.
